We are looking for a Receptionist to be responsible for welcoming customers and visitors to our Five Star Hotel. You will be responsible for guiding clients through various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and receiving messages, and sorting and distributing mail.

Obligations

Answer non-insurance customer questions as needed or forward the question to the person best able to answer.

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and positive manner. Quickly

notifies the person being visited.

Maintains a clean and tidy reception area, replacing magazines as received,

clean up any clutter on an ongoing basis, and maintain a professional,

Requirements

Good personal presentation skills

To be friendly, polite and helpful

Be patient and diplomatic when dealing with complaints

Flexibility and reliability, willing to work weekends and nights

Excellent communication skills

Over 18 years old to serve alcohol

Able to work as part of a team
